Cape York Partnerships leads and enables reform by building innovative partnerships between Indigenous individuals and families, government and the philanthropic and corporate sectors. Partners are critical to achieving our vision and bring vital skills and knowledge to the organisation. They allow us to obtain goods or services — via either pro bono or subsidised rates — that we, as a not-for-profit organisation would not otherwise have access to.

Providing Secondees for Projects
Various partners continue to provide secondees from among their experienced staff who work on specific projects and help with the continuous improvement of Cape York Partnerships's project delivery.
All Cape York Partnerships secondees (and fellows) agree upon their placement to deliverables that directly link to our priorities. These deliverables are monitored during the placement and evaluated by the secondee and the reporting manager at the end of the secondment. This ensures every secondee can be directly linked to the achievement of our goals.
Secondees are invaluable to Cape York Partnerships, and provide a human resource focussed on business excellence.
